THE WHITE RABBIT
A nervous servant of the system, forever chasing time and terrified of failure. Beneath the panic is someone trapped between duty and fear.
MARCH HARE
Fast-talking, frantic and emotionally reactive. The March Hare masks anxiety with energy and humour, but beneath the chaos is fierce loyalty to his friends.
DORMOUSE
Quiet, observant and unexpectedly insightful. Often overlooked, the Dormouse notices the cracks in Wonderland long before anyone else does.
TWEEDLEDEE
One half of Wonderland’s contradictory twins. Clever, sarcastic and endlessly analytical, Dee questions everything but rarely trusts the answers.
TWEEDLEDUM
The more impulsive and emotional of the twins. Dum hides surprising wisdom beneath humour and confusion, often understanding more than people assume.
THE DODO
An old soul who remembers more versions of Wonderland than anyone else alive. Gentle but unsettling, the Dodo becomes one of the first to recognise Alice as “the real one.”
CARD OBSERVERS / CARD GUARDS
Silent enforcers of Wonderland’s rules, moving with mechanical precision and unwavering obedience. They are less soldiers than extensions of the system itself.
